Marco Alberti’s “3 glasses project” pictorially shows how wine is a great way to unwind and beat stress after a hard day’s work.
3 Glasses Project
The “3 Glasses” project started as a joke but then went on become a full-fledged project and one of the most viral posts of the year with over 1 million views in just its first week. It also started a dialogue with thousands of people commenting on the post and discussing the idea of how wine helps in our fast-paced, hectic lives.
So, this is what Marcos Alberti did: He took pictures of guests in a bar at different stages of consuming wine. First photo was taken as soon as the guest came in. This captured the fatigue and stress of the guest after a long hard day’s work and tackling peak hour traffic. The consequent photos were taken after 1, 2, and 3 glasses of wine respectively and this is where the fun began.
The photos clearly show how wine affected the guest’s mood, body language and their stress levels. Definitely wine had more than a positive effect on the mood and body language of the guest. They not only were a lot more relaxed and upbeat, but they also felt great. They were much more chilled out and were far less inhibited.
