Lower back is the part of the body where the upper and lower body parts connect. Lower back has one of the hardest jobs in the body. It literally ensures that our body is one smooth functioning system.
Lower back carries a huge amount of weight and undergoes tremendous stress on a daily basis. It is because of this reason that it can easily get damaged. Lower back pain is the second most reason after headache for people visiting hospitals. Considering the amount of stress in undergoes, it makes absolute sense. Every person at some point or another experiences lower back pain in their life.
Different individuals can experience lower back pain in different ways. Some feel numbness, stiffness, and small to moderate amount of pain. On the other hand, some individuals feel extreme pain resembling to burning, cutting, or even worse.
As with the intensity, the causes for lower back pain are also very different from person to person. Don’t Rush Into Treatments
Yes, you read it right. Give your back a break. Don’t go on to take extreme treatments as soon as you start feeling pain in your lower back. By rushing into extreme treatments you tend to experience more compilations. Give your back enough time to recover. Don’t rush into narcotics, x-rays, MRIs, epidural injections, and surgery until its absolutely necessary. Research has shown that 90% of the back pain issues are resolved within six weeks, irrespective of the cause of the back pain.
