Pineapples are helpful to keep a healthy gut flora; our gut bacteria stimulates the digestion of pineapples, causing a minimal bloating and gas.
They are also beneficial for old people, one cup of pineapple, in fact, provides 70% of your daily recommended intake of calcium, strengthening your bones.
Although these benefits are still to be tested and proven right, pineapples are definitely some of the healthiest fruits you can eat and they are also so tasty!
