Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs and 2 Whites
  • 2 Slices of Brown Bread
  • 2  inch Canadian bacon slices
  • Chives and Parsley (As needed)

Directions

Crack eggs and egg whites into a bowl, add chives and parsleys (add the quantity as needed) and add salt to taste. Once all the contents have been added, mix them well to make an omelette. To make the Omelette, use little oil and brush it to the pan, wait for a minute for the pan to get warm. Once warm add the prepared mixture and let it remain in the pan for 2 – 3 minutes. The Omelette should be ready now, move it to a silver foil and wrap it up so that it remains warm.

Take the brown bread and make a quick toast by putting it in the toast maker, you can also use a pan to make a toast if you don’t have a toast maker. Place the omelette between the bread and add the bacon slice to it, add a thick slice of tomatoes if you like and your egg sandwich should be ready to eat now.

Note: You can have the brown bread the way you like; you need not toast it if you don’t want to.
